Atacama: Viewpoint of Llampos
Between Llampos and Carrera Pinto (Atacama Region) the
road goes up considerably. A few kilometers northeast of the junction to
Galleguillos there is a location with a spectacular view. Above
Paipote Ravine opens a panorama of the main
cordillera range to the coastal range. Below you can see the bottom
of
Quebrada Paipote.
In winter or spring the snow of the mountain range gives a very
impressive aspect.
